New Delhi : Acclaimed curator Ms Erum Khan has once again presented a truly magnificent array of paintings of established and talented artists in an artistic tribute to the epitome of architectural and artistic magnificence – Taj, Art lovers and collectors thronged to this spectacular display of paintings and sculpture of <<41>> passionate artists held between November 2017 at Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts which was graced by the who’s
who of nationally acclaimed and eminent artists. With the blessings of our honorable chief guests Padamshree Padambhushan Ram V Sutar,Dr.Sachchidanand Joshi, Razi Khan,Naveen Kumar Jaggi, Dalip Hitkari, Kuldeep Singh,Sufi Ajmal Nizami who inaugurated the exhibition on 4th November 2017, each luminous jewel in the repertoire of the participating artists was crowned by the respect and recognition that is the hallmark of Ms Erum Khan’s exhibitions.
The highlight and USP of the exhibition were the edifying live demonstrations by 5 eminent artists – Ms Harjit Dhillon, Shri Laxman Kumar, Shri Hari Singh and Shri Harpal Singh, Razi Khan in abstract,surreal and realistic landscapes and portraits, who were also the honorary participants of this exhibition,
which fired up artistic fervor in the audience. This was followed by an instructive session by celebrated art critic Shri Qazi Raghib to the artists on the journey of artistic excellence. All in all, this enriching experience proved to be a milestone in the artistic careers of the participating artists and a memorable feast to the eyes of art lovers and collectors.
